1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Leona Glamping's website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
2.2 Payment
Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
2.3 Deposits and Full Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Guest Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms and any applicable fees.
3.2 Leona Glamping Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative accommodation options.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and the surrounding environment. We maintain a peaceful, eco-conscious atmosphere.
5.2 Maximum Occupancy
Tents have maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests beyond the booked capacity are not permitted without prior arrangement.
5.3 Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply for repairs or cleaning.
6. Safety and Health
Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage. Please inform us of any health conditions or special requirements.
7. Weather and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for weather conditions or events beyond our control (force majeure). Bookings may be rescheduled in extreme circumstances.
8. Photography and Marketing
Leona Glamping may take photographs of the property and guests for marketing purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
